The suspect is reported to have forcefully placed his hands around the woman’s neck, causing her significant discomfort and pain. Fearing for her safety, the woman declared her intention to call the authorities. This lead the suspect to quickly depart from the scene.
The affidavit further revealed a crucial piece of information – the woman disclosed that she was in the early stages of pregnancy, specifically six weeks along.
